Peter is an experienced town planning professional who has worked in both the public and private sectors.  He worked for a number of London boroughs and was previously Assistant Borough Planning Officer for the London Borough of Greenwich.  He is also the former National Head of Planning for DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield), managing planning teams in London, Birmingham and Leeds.

Since leaving DTZ he has set up his own planning consultancy.

He has undertaken a variety of projects ranging from house and office extensions and changes of use to redevelopment proposals and retail planning studies. Peter regularly appears as an expert witness at planning inquiries.

 

Peter has been a course director for Henry Stewart Conferences  providing planning updates on what is new in planning law, policy and practice. He regularly speaks at national conferences and contributes to planning training courses and is at the forefront of developments in the planning field.
