Peter works with companies, developers, institutions, local authorities, professional advisers and private individuals dealing with the whole range of planning issues. He has advised on projects ranging from an outstanding modern country house in a national park to a two storey office roof extension in Southwark. He was involved in providing viability advice on enabling development at Bembridge Harbour on the Isle of Wight and won an appeal for green composting for a farmer in the Buckinghamshire green belt.  He is promoting a brownfield site in the green belt for housing.  He has also acted for a number of residents' action groups.

Local authority clients: Wokingham Borough Council, Ipswich Borough Council, Arun District Council.  He co-wrote a retail study for Ipswich Borough Council. He gave expert evidence on behalf of Arun Council in a public inquiry into housing development contrary to a neighbourhood plan and on behalf of Wokingham Borough Council supporting refusal of housing development in a settlement gap.
